  • 2 bars cream cheese
  • 1 c Frank's Red Sauce
  • 1 c blue cheese dressing
  • monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • 1 chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan melt (medium heat) cream cheese - one bar at a time, stirring to help melt (keep sitrring or it will burn) When cream cheese if fully melted, add sauce and blue cheese dressing.
Addchicken to the saucepan.

Pour mixture into casserole dish and cover with Monterey Jack cheese (to your liking).
ake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes - it will start to bubble when ready

Serve with tortilla chips.
