Ingredients
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines White Deluxe Cake Mix
- 1 can(1lb. 14oz.) apricot halves, drained
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, if desired
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Sour cream, sweetened whipped cream or ice cream

Step 1
Arrange apricots in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Blend dry cake mix, nuts, melted butter, and 1 cup brown sugar. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Sprinkle over apricots.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with sour cream, sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
