- 3 CUPS WATER
- 3 TEASPOONS CREAM OF TARTAR (NOT OPTIONAL)
- 4 TABLESPOONS OIL
- FOOD COLORING OR FOOD COLORING PASTE
- SCENTED OILS OR EXTRACTS

Preparation
Step 1
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. HEAT ON LOW FLAME UNTIL MIXTURE LUMPS TOGETHER. THEN STIR TO THICK "MASHED-POTATO" CONSISTENCY. STORE IN PLASTIC BAG OR PLASTIC AIR-TIGHT CONTAINER. IT WILL KEEP UP TO 4 WEEKS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. IT ALSO FREEZES VERY WELL
