- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 lbs. Polish or german sausage
- salt to taste

Step 1
Peel potatoes, cut in quarters and place in the bottom of dutch oven. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Open green beans. Drain one can. Don't drain the other. Dump them, juice and all, into the pot. Cut up sausage over the top, place the lid on the pan and turn the heat to high. When you hear it boiling, turn the heat to medium and allow 15-20 minutes for the potatoes to cook.
