  • 1/4 lb (115g) tofu
  • 56 g ea. fish fillet, crab meat
  • 28 g ea green peas, shelled shrimp, fresh scallops, straw mushrooms, boiled bamboo shoots
  • 14 g boiled carrots
  • Ingredient B
  • 4 C stock
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Ingredient C
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Cut A into small cubes, parboil everything except tofu, green peas, and carrot in 3 C boiling water and drain.
Bring B to a boil, then add A and bring it to a boil again. Thicken with C, add beaten egg white and sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve.
