- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Step 1
1. Place the butter in a small bowl. Add the parsley and salt and mash with a wooden spoon until combined.
2. Chill the butter until needed, but let it come to room temperature before spreading.
