  • 2 lb Hot Italian Sausage
  • onion - brown together
  • 2 large cans of petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 soup size cans tomato sauce
  • (add 1/4 can of water from each can)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Crushed Red Pepper

After browning sausage and onion, drain and add rest of ingredients and simmer. The longer the better.
