  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise ( no substitui=tions)
  • 1 cup chopped drained canned artichoke hearts
  • Garlic powder to taste

Step 1

Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, artichokes and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake 350 degees for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with crackers.

Yield 3 cups dip
