  • mixed together
  • 1 lb sausage (browned)
  • 1 bag potato crowns
  • 1 1/2 C cheddar
  • 1/2 C mozzarella
  • mix and pour over potato/ sausage mixture in a 9x13
  • 2 C milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Bake at 350 for 40 mins. 20 mins at 420. And Easy and yummy!
