Ingredients

Dressing:
#2 can pineapple tidbits, or chunks, cut up, drained
1 c mandarin oranges, drained
6 oz mini marshmallows
1 lb purple grapes, cut in halves
3 egg yolks
1 t salt
1 T vinegar
2 T sugar
2 or 3 T pineapple juice
1 carton whipping cream, sweetened

Preparation

Step 1

Combine fruits and marshmallows. Save pineapple juice for dressing. Combine dressing ingredients in a saucepan, and cook until the mixture thickens. Allow to cool completely. Fold dressing into stiffly whipped cream and mix into fruit combination. Refrigerate overnight.
