Ingredients

1/2 pint sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs vinegar
1 scant tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp or more mixted mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat the cream with an egg beater til smooth, thick & light
2. Mix the other ingredients together & gradually add to the cream, beating all the ??
3. Having beaten sour cream for a foundation the seasoning may be anything desired or omitted & the dressing be seasoned highly with any kind of catsup.
4. A sweet cream may be substitued for the sour; it shoud be quite thick.
