Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar - packed
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs - large
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1.2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup Pretzel pieces - broken
  • 1 Cup Choc. covered toffee pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugars, eggs, baking soda & salt, until smooth.

Shape the dough into balls ( about 1 heaping tbsp each ) and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten each ball with the tines of a fork.

Bake, rotating the baking sheets halfway through, until puffed and golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool slightly on baking sheet and transfer to rack to cool
