Chinese Noodle Cookies

Step 1

Melt both bags of chips together and stir.

Add in chinese noodles and peanuts--I add 1 can of noodles and then add the second slowly until all are coated with the chocolate mixture (I do not use all of the 2nd can)

When everything is coated, drop on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate ( I out them out on the porch) until they are hard- I ususally keep refrigerated unless I put them in a cookie tray

I melt the chips in the microwave-I stir after 1 min and then put on for another min and stir and again for about 30 sec and stir. Whatever works for you.
