    cup plain yogourt

  • 1

    cup dates, cut in half

    cup currant

  • 1

    cup raisins

  • IN FIRST BOWL MIX:

  • 1

    cup whole wheat flour

  • 1

    cup white flour

  • 1/2

    cup wheat germ

  • 1

    large tsp baking powder

  • 1

    large tsp baking soda

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • IN SECOND BOWL MIX:

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/2

    cup dark brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup sunflower oil

  • 1/2

    cup molasses

  • IN THIRD BOWL MIX:

  • 2

    cups buttermilk

  • 2

    cups bran (ROGERS NATURAL BRAN)

Directions

Mix the second bowl ingredients into the first bowl ingredients, then add the raisins, dates, currents and the ingredients from the third bowl. Mix well then fold in yogourt. Grease pans with oil and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
