Ingredients
- 2 red onions,roughly chopped
- 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
- 1 fennel bulb all roughly chopped
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp salt , pepper
- 1 cup sliced shitake cups
- 4 large garlic chopped
- 1 cabbage roughly chopped
- 2 l water
- 2 tbsp paprica
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano,chopped
- 8 springs parsley,chopped whole
- Cook for 1 hour
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped before serving
