Ingredients
- Separately Mix Together:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
Mix together all ingredients with a mixer (except for the cinnamon, sugar mixture) until well mixed. Refrigerate dough for at least one hour.
Roll small pieces of dough into balls. Coat the balls in the cinnamon, sugar mixture until completely covered. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
