- 1 lemon, juiced & strained, zest reserved
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped & toasted
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
