Ingredients
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 1/4 cup Butter ; softened
- 8 ounce Cream cheese ; softened
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Orange extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 6 Eggs
- 3 cups Soft As Silk Flour

- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Lemon rind ; grated
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Butter ; softened

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan or 2 loaf pans (9x5x3).
Beat sugar, butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in lemon juice, extracts and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add cake flour. Beat until smooth. Spread in pan.
Bake tube pan 90 minutes/loaf pan 75 minutes - until golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
Spread lemon glaze over cake and allow it to run down sides.
