Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cup Cocoa
- 1 Tbl Soda
- 2/3 Cup Salad Oil
- 1/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream Liquor
- 1 Cup Hot Strong Coffee
- 1-3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Beat egg, salad oil, buttermilk, liquor and coffee. Add to dry ingredients and beat together about 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Frosting:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
4 Tbl Bailey's Irish Cream
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Beat Frosting ingredients together until stiff. Must refrigerate cake.
Be sure to check cake sometimes needs to be baked longer.
