Ingredients
- 3 lb Mexican Velveeta, cubed
- 1 × 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 Small Can Green Chilies
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 1 lb Hamburger, browned and drained
- 1/2 lb Chorizo, finely chopped, browned and drained
- 1 Small Can Chopped Tomatoes With Juice
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 Handful Cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup Garlic Pita Chips, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
In a crock-pot, melt cheeses and add chilies. Meanwhile brown hamburger and chorizo and add to melted cheese. Add rest of ingredients to cheese and meat mixture, except chips. Add chips about 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with crackers, veggies or chips.
