Ingredients

  • 3 lb Mexican Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 × 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 Small Can Green Chilies
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • 1 lb Hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1/2 lb Chorizo, finely chopped, browned and drained
  • 1 Small Can Chopped Tomatoes With Juice
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Handful Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Garlic Pita Chips, crushed

Step 1

In a crock-pot, melt cheeses and add chilies. Meanwhile brown hamburger and chorizo and add to melted cheese. Add rest of ingredients to cheese and meat mixture, except chips. Add chips about 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with crackers, veggies or chips.
