Pasta with Broccoli, Sausage and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage ; hot, removed from casing
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic ; thickly sliced
- 1 pound Broccoli ; cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes ; chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 2 cups Chicken stock
- 1 pound Pasta ; penne, bow ties, rigatoni
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large saute pan on medium heat. Cook the sausage meat for 3 mintues or until lightly browned. Transfer to place with slotted spool.
Add broccoli, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to same pan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring to mix well. Add the cooked sausage and the wine and cook 3 minutes , stirring to scrape up brown bits from bottom of pan. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover with lid slightly ajar, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Just before the sauce is done, cook the pasta. Drain well and add sauce to pot. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until most of the sauce is absorbed by the pasta. Remove from the heat and add the cheese and butter. Mix will.
