Our Grand Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 cups shredd cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredd Monterey Jak Cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 large red or green jalapeno pepper
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
combine the water, lime juice, oil, liquid smoke, vinegar and garlic
add a little salt and pepper
and marinate the chicken breast for at least 2 hours
I also have used the marinated chicken breast that they
sell at my local butcher shop they usually have 8 varieties on hand so the sky is the limit with creativeness
Grill the chicken breast 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done and reaches a temp of 165 shredd when cool
preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spread 8 tortilla chips on baking tray
top each with t Tablespoon salsa per chip
sprinkle chicken on top of salsa
then sprinkle with cheese, then onion, and peppers
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
serve with toppings
sour cream, salsa, shredd lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced green onions, guacamole
