Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• small vidalia onion
• 1 pkg softened cream cheese
• 1/2 c. mayo
• 2 c shredded sharp cheddar
• 2 c. shredded jack cheese (jalapeno)
• 1 jar pimentos
• 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 and grease square pan. Mix ingredients together and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
