- 1 1/2 cups Boars Head Parmesan Cheese, grated

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheeet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop grated parmesan cheese. Drop level tablespoons of cheese 3-inches apart on lined baking sheet. Use the back of the tablespoon to flatten out cheese mounds. Bake in oven on the middle rack for 6 - 7 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and transfer to wire racks; cool two minutes. Transfer to paper towels to remove any excess oil. Repeat with remaining cheese.
