- 6 potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup parmesan chese
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Clean and wash potatoes. Cube with skin on.
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Add garlic, parmesan cheese and thyme. Toss until evenly mixed coated.
Place on a backing dish and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
