Ingredients

  • For Frosting:
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz. Chocolate ships
  • 2/3 cup crunch or plain peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Pour melted butter over oatmeal and mix thoroughly. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and syrup. Blend Well. Pack firmly in generously greased pan. Bake in 400 degree oven 12 minutes. Chill alittle and frost and cut into squares.

Frosting: 6 ounces Chocolate chips melted, add 2/3 cup crunch or plain peanut butter. Mix well and frost.
