Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 24 ounce Thawed Hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup french fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
Brown Pork chops and sprinkle with salt and set aside.
Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions.
Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Add rest of cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes more.
