Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers. Cook until they are brown and tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, cumin. Add the meat, and cook until brown. Add rotel tomatoes and basamic vinegar
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Check seasoning.
