Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups (chopped and deseeded) sweet green & yellow peppers
- 1 cup (deseeded) hot peppers
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tlbs salt
- 3 (finely chopped) garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 oz can tomatoe paste (or less)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar

Mix all ingredients together.
Eat fresh or boil and put in sterilzed jars and seal.
