Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter - softened not melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed. Keep scrapping bowl. Mix well (dough will be on crumbly side). Make balls (tsp size). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-25 minutes until lightly browned. Remove immediately.
In shallow pan pour 2 cups of confectioners sugar.
Roll hot cookies in sugar. Place cookies in large bowl to cool off. After approximately 10 - 15 minutes, roll cookies in confectioners sugar again.
