Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- Salad:
- 1 large head of Romaine
- 1 head Bibb (Boston) lettuce
- 1 pint strawberries/sliced
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese (I prefer french feta)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
