Ingredients
- 1 small Cabbage ; shredded
- 1 large Green pepper ; diced
- 1 Red onion ; sliced and separated
- 2 Carrots ; shredded
- 2 medium Cucumber ; sliced
- Any other raw veggies you would like to add!
- ~~ -- Dressing -- ~~
- 3/4 cup White vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Salad oil
- 3 cloves Garlic ; on toothpicks - remove before eating
- 1/2 cup Sugar
