Simmer together:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T mustard
2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t cayenne
ADD:
3 cup left over meat (brisket, port, chicken)
Serve with tortillas
Jalapeno Sour Cream:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Jalepeno seeded and diced
juice of 1/2 lime and salt to taste
(better made ahead)
Other Garnishes:
chopped fresh cilanto
chopped scallions
freshly grated limes
