• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 2 tsp coarsely ground dill seed
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• salt and freshly ground pepper
