Ingredients

  • Garnishes:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 15 oz.cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14.5 oz. can corn, drained
  • 1 14/5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1-3 tea. taco seasoning
  • 1 16 oz. container salsa or your preferred heat level
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, jack or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a soup kettle, brown the ground beer and drain any fat.

Add the black beans, corm, tomatoes, (with the juice), taco seasoning and salsa. Water may be added to make it a little soupier as desired.

Cover over medium low for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with garnishes.
