Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 C. frozen o.j (small can)
• 1 C. water
• 4 C. cranberries
• 3/4 C. sugar
• 1 C. dried apricots
• 1 C. golden raisins
• 1 t. orange zest
• 1/2 C. rough cut pecans

Preparation

Step 1

In pan mix o.j. (1.2 C.){ not sure why it says 1/2C???}
2C. sugar, 1/4 C. water, 2 t. zest and cook over medium high heat.

Skim foam and chill
