Ingredients

  • 1 3-oz. pkg. cherry jello
  • 1 3-oz. pkg. lime jello
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin (not a box – a pkg.)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, in its own juice (for juice only)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small can Carnation milk, cold
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Make one box jello (made according to pkg. directions) in 7 x 11 pan or glass dish. Dissolve Knox gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. Drain pineapple – use juice only. Heat pineapple juice; add gelatin and ½ cup sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice. Beat Carnation milk; add cream cheese and gelatin mixture. Pour over first layer of set jello. Mix second pkg. jello (also according to pkg. directions). When filling has set, cover with second jello.

Notes

· Very pretty made in Christmas mold such as Christmas tree, bell, Santa, etc.

· Can use any flavor of jello desired.
