Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 large onion,finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 2 pounds ground pork or combination of pork and veal
- 2 ounces ground bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onions until golden
Mix in the other seasonings and blend well
Add pork and bacon and mix thoroughly
Place filling in a pie shell
Brush surface with egg yolk
Bake in 450 oven for 10 min
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35-40 min
