Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
- 1 clove Garlic ; minced
- 1 can Italian crushed tomatoes ; 2 lb., 3 oz.
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Parsley ; chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 glugs Red Wine ; (if you have it)

Preparation
Step 1
In 1/3 cup hot olive oil, saute 1/2 cup chopped onions and 1 clove minced garlic for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered. Stir occasionally for one hour.
