Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 yellow and red pepper, chopped
- 2 16 ounce cans chili beans
- 2 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato juice
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat with onions and peppers in a large pot. Drain juice. Pour mixture into a crock pot.
Add beans, tomatoes, juice, jalapenos, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, cayenne. Cover and cook until heated through on low for 3-5 hours.
