Salad Dressing/Tarragon Dressing

Use on mixed greens or seafood salads.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
• 1/4 tspsalt
• Pinch of white pepper
• 5 tbsp olive oil

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix vinegars, lemon juice, mstard lemon zest, and salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil, beating until dressing is slightly thickened and smooth.
