Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, horseradish, seasonings and mustard.
Stir in red onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add red and green cabbage, yellow peppers, and carrots; toss gently to coat. Dover; chill 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
