Ingredients
- 1 Chicken ; cut into 8 pieces
- 8 Small white onions
- 16 small White button mushrooms
- 3/4 cup Dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon Parsley ; minced
- 2 teaspoon Dried thyme ; crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2/3 cup Butter ; melted
- 2 Bay leaf ; dried

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Rinse the chicken and pat it dry. Arrange the pieces in the prepared pan. Arrange the onions and mushrooms around the chicken. Pour the wine over the chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle the parsley, thyme and pepper over the chicken and veggies, then drizzle everything with melted butter. Tuck the bay leaves into the liquid.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
