Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
- 1/4 c fresh orange juice
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, sliced (separate pith)
- lemon zest
- 1/2 c sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- splash of white wine vinegar

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in skillet or saucepan over medium heat and cook a few minutes. Add sugar and remaining ingredients and cover and cook until thickened.
Let cool.. Then serve
