Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 cup dry curd or nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup nonfat or reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup non fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or red wine vunegar
- 1 tsp crushed fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper

Step 1
Place 1/4 cup of the bleu cheese and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. stir in remaining bleu cheese. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
