Ingredients
- 3 grilled chicken breasts seasoned with your favorite BBQ sauce, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 orange pepper, chopped
- 2 11 oz cans Mexican corn (corn with peppers)
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 15 oz can black beans (or 2 cups black beans)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in your slow cooker. Cook for 5-6 hours on low or 2.5-3 hours on high, until the veggies have softened.
