- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 3 oz bittersweet or smi-sweet chips (Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Bittersweet Chips
- 4 shots of hot espresso
- Milk froth or Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
put chips and milk in a small heavy pan and whisk constantly until chocolate begins to boil and foam, set aside
make espresso and froth
place 1/2 of hot choc. misture in each glass mug
port 2 shots over, pouring it in slowly over the back of a spoon so it will layer
top with either the froth or whipped cream
DO NOT STIR
