  • 2 cups self rising cake flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 1

Mix flour and cream until just combined. On floured surface, pat into 1/2 inch thick rectangle. fold in half; pat out again. Pat and fold 3 more time. Pat to 1/3 inch; cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter. Place in greased 8 inch pan; brush with butter. Bake at 450 until golden, 15 minutes.
