Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 8 fresh or dried figs quartered
- 1 cup garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 4 cucumbers, diced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast grilled and sliced into strips
- DRESSING
- 8 tsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tsp dijon mustard

Step 1
1. In a bowl comine mixed greens with figs, garanzo beans, cucumber, avocado, goat cheese and grilled chicken
2. Mix dressing and toss with salad
