Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic ; minced
  • 1 cube Beef bouillon ; dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Onion ; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 package French style green beans ; frozen
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, meat and onions. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.

Reduce heat to low. Add beans, bouillon, soy sauce, parsley, bay leaf and salt.

Cook 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
